 Frequently asked tenant questions

  • Rent payments can be submitted online using the tenant portal. Checks are also acceptable forms of payment. Checks can be delivered to our office located at 1135 Rose Hill Drive, STE #100, Charlottesville, VA 22903.

  • Service requests can be submitted online using your tenant portal. You may also email, or call your property manager directly with your request if that is preferred.

  • Call or text us directly at (434) 917-7079.

  • Your property manager will communicate your move-in instructions with you directly. We will stay in touch with you through the entire process but if you have specific questions now, please reach out!

  • Security deposits are refunded within 30 days of your lease termination date, although we process these as quickly as possible. Please be sure to provide us with your forwarding address so these can be refunded promptly. Electronic refund options are also available.
